Hyphoff 5 is a K-listed building from the late 19th century in Lund consisting of three floors and a basement. Today, the building contains an upper secondary school which, with a changed number of students, needed extensive measures regarding fire protection and evacuation. Kanozi was commissioned to develop proposals that would meet the right requirements and be approved by the emergency services, tenant, administrator and antiquarian. The solution was a new internal fire staircase and new escape routes.
