Sickla Central offers modern office space in a prime location in southern Stockholm, just a 7-minute commute to Kungsträdgården once the new subway line opens. The station will become a major transportation hub in the future, with a very high volume of both transfer passengers and visitors to the neighborhood. The building’s ground floor features escalators leading directly down to the platforms and direct access to the platforms for the Tvärbanan and Saltsjöbanan lines.

The lower levels of the office building feature a coworking space with flexible workstations designed for modern work life, complementing the permanent workstations in the rest of the building. The orientations of the immediate area are captured by the angles of the various volumes, which together shape the new urban spaces formed on the site.

At 115 meters above sea level, Sickla Central also offers a glimpse of the growing city’s new skyline. The upcoming high-rise buildings to be constructed along the new subway line will form a string of tall buildings between downtown and Nacka Center.
