This dense block along Bohusgatan consists of volumes of 6, 8, 12 and 16 floors that together create an intense urban character. The placement of the volumes is based on the site, but also the cardinal points that provide good light conditions despite the density.

In total, there are 291 apartments and a number of shops and restaurants. The architecture is austere in design to balance the great variation in volume. Natural and honest materials, beautiful proportions and solid details build the whole, with brick being the common facade material. Windows run from floor to ceiling and connect to balconies and French balconies. With a view of the inner city's rooftop ridges, there is also a large common roof terrace designed as a park landscape.
High development in a central location
The site has been undeveloped for many years since the old fire station was demolished and now this paved parking area is planned for urban city living. Our task is to create good attractive housing with high exploitation in a very central location.
