A modern two-storey villa in Stockholm
Villa Heintz is a modern 210 square meter home in Nacka with large areas for active family life, as well as generous spaces for socializing.
The entrance level contains a hall, family room, bathroom and laundry room, as well as a storage room and garage. On the middle floor there is a kitchen, dining area and living room that opens up to patios in two directions. The upper level is the children's floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and a smaller living room from which you reach the stairs to the upper part of the plot. Waterborne concrete floors in the public areas, tiles in the three bathrooms, and carpeting in the bedrooms, office and living room.
Sharply cut volumes emanating from the site and climbing the hillside create multi-directional views and contact with nature.
With the customer's wishes in focus, we have focused on space with the help of a generous ceiling height and continuous light from large glass sections from floor to ceiling.
The house is masonry with a wooden facade and concrete floors on all levels.
The tall windows are insulated glass with solar control insulation.
