Smart & Klart
Interior design concept in an existing office building in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Kanozi Arkitekter, together with its sister company Izonak, has developed a new sustainable office project for Vasakronan, Sweden's largest real estate owner, and their office concept "Smart & Ready", which involves fully furnished office spaces at Gothenburg's most attractive addresses.

All desks and office chairs are fully recycled, and the furnishings are bought at auction or second hand.
The 'Smart & Klart' concept is located on the 15th floor of Läppstiftet in central Gothenburg and, in addition to all the practical, technical and aesthetic aspects, also offers a fantastic view of Gothenburg's harbour entrance.
Conference tables and chairs, as well as insulating glass walls for conversation and conference rooms are also reused. Sofas that were already in place were refurbished with new fabric, giving them a completely new look.
The repurposed furniture and interior design finds have been enriched with site-built sofas in the kitchen and dining areas, as well as surface renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms with new tiling and painted walls.
The three offices rest in neutral colors to be easily used as a base for future tenants' brand palette. Läppstiftet is one of Gothenburg's most famous landmarks and one of Vasakronan's most attractive office addresses. The property offers a wide range of services, including reception services on the ground floor, a restaurant and a café. In the basement there is also a bicycle garage with service area.
